Please see below Annexure A which was signed at the beginning of your tenancy. If breaking your lease is the option you would like consider please contact your property manager or fill in the below Form 13 Notice of Intention to Leave.
19. The tenant acknowledges that the Lease is a legally binding document. In the event that the tenant vacates the property prior to the expiry of the lease, the tenant further acknowledges that the rent is due and payable until such time as a replacement tenant is found, who is accepted by the landlord/agent and who enters into a lease either for the balance of the term of this lease or a new lease at a rental not less than the rental in this agreement. The tenant further agrees that an administration of 1 weeks’ rent plus GST, plus advertising expended by the landlord/agent (if any) at cost will be deemed payable once a new lease is signed.
