Stephanie Rowe – Property Manager
Stephanie grew up in Melbourne and moved to Cairns in late 2003. She grew up in a family that owned and operated a building construction business, thus, her building knowledge has been invaluable to clients of Accom Cairns. With three years experience in the Cairns real estate industry, Stephanie recently completed a Real Estate Certificate in early 2011. Now, she is looking forward to a successful future with Accom Cairns. While she is the newest property manager, it’s Stephanie’s background in hospitality that has equipped her with an excellence in customer service. Stephanie takes pride in presenting Accom Cairns, and has proven herself as an exceptional team communicator. The founders of Accom Cairns, Les & Robyn Small, came to Cairns from Brisbane in 1983 to establish a National Franchise Real Estate office. That office became a National Award Winner in less than two years.
Having been involved in Residential & Commercial Real Estate and Property Development during the early days of the tourism boom in Cairns, they perceived the need for a management group for holiday properties. Small investors and small complexes could take advantage of the growth in the demand for self-contained holiday accommodation in the region and come under one marketing arm, thus maximising their returns.
Building a portfolio of unique and quality holiday rental properties added scope and marketing power to Accom Cairns already sizeable permanent rental property role. Our strategy of DRIVING THE BUSINESS TO OUR OFFICE has been supported by and has benefited both the permanent and holiday letting sides of the business.
Our clients are critical to this program. It is the quality and quantity of their properties that determines Accom Cairns profile in the corporate and professional marketplace. Many of the largest regional and national firms now rely on Accom Cairns for their housing requirements. From $100 per week studios to $500 per week executive homes, to $1,000 per week estates, Accom Cairns has the widest range and variety of rental properties in the region.
The company has recently re-established the sales division due to the increased property market currently in Cairns. By developing this division we are able to advance the investment business within out rent roll and build long-term relationships with both investment purchasers and landlords.
