All general maintenance is required in writing so Accom Cairns can action the necessary contractor. Please find below a repair request form. If you are unable to fill out this form, please email your property manager detailing what needs fixing.

If your maintenance is an Emergency, please contact Accom Cairns immediately on 4051 3200 or 0418 513 200. An Emergency is if the Property or Person is in danger of damage or injury.
