Upon vacating the property the tenant agrees to have professionally cleaned by Accom Cairns recommended steam cleaners all carpets, rugs, lounge/sofabed/lounge cushions, mattress protectors, bedspread and curtains with a backing, and provide a receipt.  All other curtains/drapes must be washed.  If any other furniture or upholstery are stained or soiled, a professional steam cleaner must be engaged and a receipt provided to the Agent.  Doona covers, doona inserts, valances, bed/table runners, pillow cases and pillows must be stain free & washed, if they are stained they must replaced or dry cleaned and provide a receipt to the Agent.  The tenant also agrees to have all the inventory items washed and clean including all kitchen items and manchester.  If any crockery items are chipped or cracked they must be replaced with an item of similar quality and appearance.  The vacuum bag must be emptied/changed upon vacating. The tenant agrees to clean all aircon filters at least once a month and upon vacating. For houses, the tenant agrees to have the driveway and any other paving areas pressure cleaned and provide a receipt to the Agent.
